The air operated Tensioner Pump has been designed and constructed within a stainless steel frame to avoid corrosion in the harshest of environments and has been designed to be failsafe, user friendly, lightweight and compact. The unit works on a simple but efficient principle, building pressure magnified through differential piston sizes.
A large piston drives a smaller hydraulic piston, which provides flow at high pressure. For additional efficiency, all the usable components are ergonomically positioned, with an easy to read gauge located on the front of the pump.

Tensioner Hose Reel
To complement our range of Bolt Tensioners & Pumps HTL offer hose reels which
are ideally suited but not limited to subsea use. Our hose reels come complete
with a suitable high pressure coupler, brake mechanism and lock off facility.
Typically each reel carries 210m of single line tensioner hose however custom
length reels are also available. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
